According to OSM, the northern end of the street is at Romanoz Khomleli Street (about 41.6940° N, 44.8770° E) and the southern end at a slip road of the Kakheti Highway (about 41.6843° N, 44.8780° E). The midpoint of the street is at about 41.6892° N, 44.8785° E.

The street is named after Trialeti. This place name refers to several places in Georgia; the sources we checked do not say which of them the street commemorates, and we could not establish the date of naming.
